Today I am smoking a pork loin on my Pit Boss1600 Pro Series Smoker. This is an extremely easy cook and I would recommend it to anyone. The pork loin came off so juicy and tender, it was ridiculous! Below you find find all the ingredients you will need to make an amazing dinner. 1 pork loin dried sage rosemary your favorite seasoning yellow mustard Apply the yellow mustard as a binder as I did in the video, then apply the sage and rosemary, followed by your favorite seasoning. I recommend letting the seasonings bind to the meat for at least 10 minutes per side, or 30 minutes per side if you have the time. As a side note you could do this prep the day before, wrap it in foil and refrigerate. When the meat is ready, set your smoker at 225 degrees and smoke until you get an internal temperature of 145 degrees in the middle of the pork loin. Take it off the smoker, let it rest for about 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
