Ingredients and Written Recipe : Ingredients & Written Recipe : 1/2 cup Besan 1/2 cup Maida 1 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Oil 3/4 - 1cup Pure ghee 1/3 cup Water Cardamom pwd Pinch of soda Method : 1) Seive both flour then add soda & mix it well. 2) Mix oil & ghee in a pan. 3) Heat up 3 - 4 tbsp Ghee , add besan mixture & roast it on slow flame. 4) Turn off the flame when besan is brown & aeromatic. 5) Mix sugar & water , boil it on med-flame . 6) Boil it until we get 1 string consistency. 7) Now add sugar syrup in roasted besan & mix well. 8) Cook it on slow - med flame. 9) Add 1 laddle hot ghee + oil mixture. 10) repeat this process. 11) switch off the flame when mixture is brown & fluffy. 12)Take it into greased tin & sprinkle cardamom pwd or seeds. 13)Mark on it after 5 min , let it cool for 1 hour. 14) Ready to serve.
