With no yeast, no kneading, and no bread machine needed and no waiting around for the dough to rise. This is why I don't buy Sandwhich bread anymore. Such a Quick two ingredient recipe. Store bought bread can be delicious, but something I eat almost everyday I'd rather make it so I can avoid all the preservatives and extra ingredients.
