BJJ Home Sandbag Training - The Ball Kicker Workout

Sandbag workout to strengthen the core and hit all the muscle groups. NOTE: I did 3 sets until failure for each of these exercises: Stair Stepping (skip a step on the ascent, touch all steps on the descent) Sideways Drag Sandbag Swing Overhead Triceps Extension Standing Military Press (Whoops! I forgot to add the video of me doing this.)
