Sunday Service: "The King who is Shepherd" (Sunday 26 December 2021)
Welcome to the All Souls Sunday service. Throughout the period of Christmas and New Year we're doing something slightly different with our online services as we reach back into our archive to share sermons preached by John Stott during his time at All Souls. 2021 marks the 100th anniversary since his birth so it seems fitting to close out the year with some of the sermons he preached at this time of year. Today we share John Stott's sermon from Sunday 22 December 2002, "The King who is Shepherd" with the Bible reading from Matthew chapter 2 verses 1-12. We will still be sharing the sermons from the services taking place at All Souls, so if you're not able to join us in person you can still catch up during the week. We’ve also created a Christmas film which you can watch online and share with friends and family across the world. The film tells the Nativity story with readings, carols and a Christmas message. Watch online now at https://allsouls.org/christmasfilm We hope you are encouraged in the midst of disruption to routine and normal life by this online 'meeting together'. It may feel unusual, but do sing out loud along with the praise songs as you usually would. You can listen to sermons from previous weeks at https://allsouls.org/sermons.
