Welcome to First Congregational Church of La Grange. Faithful God, touch us once again with the Christmas story. Through it, sing hope into any despair, as we carol through the night. Whisper peace into any anxiety, as we watch Mary and Joseph with their newborn. Shout joy into every heart, as we hear the angels’ glorias and remember the shepherds rushing to the manger. Draw us further into your love, as we remember not just this chapter of your story, but the whole story of how much you love us. May we leave here renewed in our commitment not just to celebrate this story one day of the year, but to live its message every day. Amen.
