Easy farming 25 perfect dodges - Resident Evil 3 Demo

I struggled to get the 25 perfect dodges for the last Charly Doll in the Resident Evil 3 Demo. Especially since the game does not show how much you already have. It also seemed they didn’t carry over through different playthroughs for me either. So, I found this easy strategy: Just go to the first Zombie, play around until you die, change the difficult level which should make it way more easier and then just farm here until you reach 25.
