Kachori Filling Making: ✅ Ingredients: Boiled Potatoes / Aloo – 3 medium (mashed) Oil – 1 tbsp Grated Ginger / Adrak – 1 tsp Green Chilli / Hari Mirch – 2 (thinly cut) Crushed Whole Coriander / Sabut Dhanya – 1 tsp Cumin / Zeera Powder – 1 tsp Turmeric / Haldi Powder – 1/4 tsp Pink Salt / Namak – 1 tsp or to taste Red Chilli Flakes / Kutti Lal Mirch – 1 tsp Garam Masala / Hot Spices – 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala – 1 tsp Fresh Coriander / Hara Dhanya – 2 tbsp ✅ Instructions: 1️⃣ Mash the boiled potatoes and set aside. 2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, green chilies, coriander, and cumin powder. Sauté for 1 minute on low flame. 3️⃣ Add turmeric powder and mashed potatoes. Mix well. 4️⃣ Add pink salt, red chili flakes, garam masala, and chaat masala. Mix all spices and cook until moisture evaporates. 5️⃣ Add fresh coriander, turn off the flame, and let the filling cool down.
