
Homemade Sausage Balls | 6 real food ingredients
These warm and cheesy sausage balls are a great addition to any meal! If you have a big family you may want to make a double batch because they will be gone in no time. Sausage Ball Recipe 2 1/4 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder 1/3 cup milk 1lb bulk pork sausage 1- 8oz block of sharp cheddar cheese- grated Put all ingredients into the bowl of your stand mixer. Mix with paddle attachment until mixtures comes together and there is no more dry flour in the bowl. Take about 2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls(I use a medium stainless steel scoop to portion mine out). Place onto a cookie sheet. Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes. Makes approximately 30 sausage balls. If you don’t have a stand mixer, you can mix this up with your hands but it will take a little while to get it to all come together.
