Should you use iPhone's Screen Distance? Vertical

Wondering how to reduce eye strain on your iPhone? In this walkthrough, I cover *Screen Distance* (found in **Settings → Screen Time**)--what it does and how to turn it on. This feature uses Face ID hardware to warn you when you're holding your iPhone too close. It's often used for kids, but you can try it for yourself, too. I share exactly where to find it, what the on-screen warning looks like, and my honest take: as a nearsighted human, I found the constant "too close" alerts irritating and turned it off after a day. Your mileage may vary--especially if you're setting it up for a child's device. *From the video:***** Open *Settings → Screen Time***** Look for *Screen Distance / Reduce Eye Strain***** Toggle *On* to get "too close" warnings (Face ID devices only) Chapters: 00:00:00 Intro 00:12:00 You need FacelD for Screen Distance alerts 00:22:12 Screen Distance demo Have you tried Screen Distance?
