How to Cook BtoB Seo Eunkwang’s favourite Korean food - Chicken Soup with Scorched Rice ↓↓ Recipe ↓↓ For this recipe you’ll need(one serving): 1 Whole Chicken Small Size, 3g Chinese Medicinal Herbs, 200g Steamed Rice, 100g Chives, 1L Water, 1/2T Garlic Minced, 1/2T Salt, 1T Vegetable Oil Cooking Difficulty Level : Hard Estimated Cooking Time: 60 Minutes Cooking Points: 1) Get a nicely scorched rice for flavour. 2) Use some oil to prevent burning the bottom of pot you are using. *Let’s get started! 1) Get a pan preheated for 3 minutes, spray or drizzle some vegetable oil on the pan and place steamed rice on it. Let it cook until you hear nice sizzling sound. Once it’s scorched a bit and nicely browned, flip it and take it off from the heat. 2) Cut Chives into 4~5cm length. 3) Get a big enough pot for whole chicken.
