These doughnuts are quite easy to make and taste better than those from your local donut shop. ⭐Subscribe to my channel here - https://bit.ly/2ZUlSU1 💥 Chocolate Glazed Doughnuts Recipe Ingredients: Makes about 15 donuts 4 cups all purpose flour for doughnuts, plus 2 tablespoons for dusting 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 packet of dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons) 5 tablespoons granulated sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup milk 1 egg oil for frying semi sweet dark chocolate (if adding milk, use warm milk) white chocolate sugar sprinkles (optional) Large and small cookie cutters 💥 Chocolate Glazed Doughnuts Recipe Recipe Instructions: 1. In a bowl, add milk. melted butter, egg and mix well. 2. Add the yeast and stir. Let it sit for 5 minutes. 3. In a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, sugar, salt and mix. Add the wet ingredient to the dry ingredients and mix well with a spatula . 4. When everything is well mixed, use your hand to knead the dough for 10 minutes. Add little oil to the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. 5. Let the dough rise until doubles in size, usually about 1 1/2 hours. 6. Sprinkle a little bit of flour in your work surface and roll out the dough to 1/2 inch thick. Cut donuts with a round cookie cutter (large) and cut a whole in the center by using a small cutter. Place donuts on a baking sheet cover with kitchen towel and let it rise for 10-15 minutes. 7. Fry the donuts on hot oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. 8. Melt the chocolates using the double boiler or in the microwave. 9. Dip warm donuts in the chocolate and place them on a cooling rack for chocolate to drip off. 10.
