Ek baar aise Bhindi Aloo bna ke dekho… you’ll love it forever😋 #shorts #shortsfeed #ytshorts #recipe Ingredients Ladyfinger (Bhindi) – 1 cup (200 g, washed, dried, cut into 1–1.5 inch pieces) Potato – 1 medium (peeled, cut into thin cubes/strips) Onion – 2 medium (thinly sliced) Garlic – 8–10 cloves (crushed or chopped) Green chilies – 2–3 (slit lengthwise) Oil – 2 tsp Cumin seeds – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder – ½ tsp Coriander powder – ½ tsp Sabzi masala-½ tsb Amchur (dry mango powder) – a pinch Method: 1.Prep bhindi: Wash, dry well, and cut into medium pieces. 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle. 3.Add garlic cloves and sauté until golden brown. 4.Add sliced onions and cook until light golden. 5.Now put in slit green chilies 6.Now add the potato pieces. Cook for 3–4 minutes until they turn slightly golden and start softening. 7.Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, sabzi masala, and salt. Cook for 1–2 minutes. 8.Add bhindi and stir gently. 9.Sprinkle amchur powder. 10.Mix well, cover, and cook on low flame for 7–8 minutes, stirring in between. 11.Once bhindi and potatoes are soft and cooked, your Bhindi Aloo dry sabzi is ready. Tips: 1.Do not close the lid completely — keep it slightly open with the help of a spatula/ladle, because if you cover it fully, steam will form and the bhindi will turn soggy due to the moisture. 2.I cooked in an iron kadhai, as I like making dry sabzi in it.I prefer using an iron wok for dry sabzi. You should also try this way, it turns out super tasty! 😋 #shorts #short #shortsfeed #youtubeshorts #trending #viralshorts #shortsvideo #shortvideo #youtubeshort #viral #viralvideo #ytshorts #recipe #cooking #foodshorts #cookingshorts #easyrecipe #homemaderecipes #drybhindialoo #aloobhindi #aloobhindirecipe #bhindialoo #bhindialoorecipes
