Forage Data@ANZ Program Task 1 - Exploratory Data Analysis

In this video, I walk through my workbook for task 1 of the Data@ANZ Program on Forage, formerly InsideSherpa. Task 1 is called Exploratory Data Analysis where we are required to segment the dataset and draw unique insights, including visualisation of the transaction volume and assessing the effect of any outliers. In summary, ANZ is one of the big 4 banks in Australia. This program and task 1 specifically involves analysing a dataset that contains historical transactions made by 100 unique customers over a 3-month period. The goal is to understand the purchasing behaviour of those customers as well as identify any patterns or trends that occur over the 3-month period.
