This is a great knee that greats have used in conjunction with elbows or punches. Because you are not leaning back your hands can follow your knees. Dieselnoi, Yodkhunpon, Yodwicha and Singdam all have taught me a variation of this kind of knee, but this twist toward the middle is specific to Yodkhunpon.
