Slice the onions, green chilies, and tomatoes, then set them aside. Heat oil in a vessel. Once the oil is slightly hot, add green chilies and sliced onions, then sauté for a while. Add all the whole spices (cloves, cardamom, bay leaves, peppercorns, cumin seeds) and sauté until fragrant. Add turmeric powder, mint leaves, and coriander leaves, then mix well. Stir in the spice powders (coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and red chili powder) and mix thoroughly. Once the spices are cooked, add the sliced tomatoes and cook until they turn soft. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the vessel. Mix well with the masala. Add water for cooking and mix well. Let it cook. If using an electric cooker, add 2 glasses of water for every glass of rice. If using a pressure cooker, add 1.5 glasses of water per glass of rice. Once cooked, your delicious and flavorful tomato pulav is ready! Serve hot with raita or any non-veg gravy. #foodvideos #indianfood #streetfood #streetfoodindia #foodblogger #foodvlog #ricerecipe #villagefood #villagecooking #cookingchannel #homechef #homemadefood
