Florida Education Association Lawsuit
Attorneys representing Florida's largest teachers union -- Governor Ron DeSantis, and state education officials -- will go before a judge. The State is asking the court to dismiss a lawsuit from the union -- challenging Education Commissioner Richard Corcoran's mandate that schools reopen schools five days a week.
