Lemon Butter Salmon with Baguette Toast

Baguette Toast Ingredients Baguette Loaf Iceberg Lettuce - Handful Cherry Tomatoes - 6-8 Capsicum/Bell Peppers - 1/2 cup Onion - 1/2 Some Mozzarella Cheese Garlic 10-12 cloves Coriander - Handful Butter - 2 Tbsp Salt as per taste Chilli flakes - 1 Tsp Mixed herbs - 1 Tsp Oil - 1 Tsp Preparation 1. Cut Bell Peppers, Lettuce, Onion and Cherry Tomatoes into small 2. Stir fry the above with salt and very little oil and keep it aside 3. In a blending jar, add fried garlic, butter, coriander, red chilli flakes and mixed herbs and grind to a fine paste 4. Cut the loaf into desired proportion 5. Spread the garlic paste evenly on the loaf and place the fried veggies. And top it with Mozzarella cheese 6. In a pan, add butter and place the loafs and close it until the cheese melts. Alternatively you can air-fry or bake the loaf. Lemon Pepper Salmon in Butter Garlic Sauce Ingredients Salmon - 1 slice Lemon - 1/2 Lemon Zest Butter - 2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic - 4-5 cloves Chopped coriander leaves Crushed pepper - 1 Tsp Fresh cream - 1 Tsp Salt as per taste Preparation 1. Marinate the Salmon with salt and pepper 2. In a pan add butter and fry the salmon 3. Once cooked keep aside the salmon and add some butter to the same pan, add garlic and coriander, half lemon juice, and some lemon zest 4. Stir until the flavours blend and salt and pepper as per taste 5. Switch off the gas, add cream and let it simmer 6.
