Sauvie Island Farm Field Trip
Part of the educational mission at Oregon Culinary Institute is to help students understand where food actually comes from so they think about it in a more complete sense. This trip is to the Sauvie Island Farm, about 8 miles from downtown Portland near the confluence of the Columbia and Willamette Rivers.
