2015-06-08 Car Hits Parked Car - Waterloo, Iowa - Myke Goings - KMDG

MY RAW VIDEO - Used by KCRG - Shortly before 8:30 p.m. tonight, 2015-06-08-MO, Waterloo Police responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 1500 block of W 4th Street (Bayard Ave). A person that lives in the 1300 block of W 4th Street said two vehicles went racing by her house at over fifty miles an hour. Another witness said the car hit the rear end of the parked car and a motorcycle took off from the scene. The parked car was unoccupied. The driver of the car refused treatment by Waterloo Fire Rescue. Police are continuing their investigation.
