
Pan-fried pork chops with sauce: you'll only need a few minutes for a space dinner!
INGREDIENTS 5 pork chops Salt Pepper Garlic powder Oil Butter 6 cloves of garlic 90g (1/4 cup) of honey 60ml (1/4 cup) of water 30ml (2 tbsp) of apple vinegar Parsley METHOD 1. Place pork chops on a cutting board and season them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. 2. Pour oil into a pan and brown the pork chops on both sides. Then remove from the pan. 3. In a pan where pork chops are fried add the butter, garlic, honey, water, and apple vinegar and cook until the sauce becomes creamy. 4. Place fried pork chops in a sauce and cook them for a few more minutes how do they absorb the sauce? Remove from the heat. 5. Serve pork chops on a serving dish and pour sauce over them.
