Here’s the step by step guide as to how you can make this amazing leafy green recipe at home: Recipe: Ingredients • 1 Cup or 75gm – Bow Tie Pasta • 2 Cubes unsalted butter • 2 garlic cloves (1 tbsp. minced) • 1 onion (finely chopped) • 1 Cup Baby Spinach • 2 Tbsp. – Peas Boiled • Salt to taste • black pepper or to taste • 1/4 cup Cream • 1/4 cup Cheese Instructions 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Cook pasta with olive oil & salt until cooked. Approximate cooking time: 10 to 15 minutes. 2. Heat a pot over medium heat. Melt in 2Cubes of butter then sauté minced garlic and sauté another minute. Add onions until softened. 3. Add baby spinach and sauté until soft 4. Add cream and sauté another minute. 5. Add cheese and sauté another minute 6. Blend for paste – use hand blender in the pot or in a blender machine. 7. Transfer blended puree to the pan and cook for 1 minute 8. Fold in boiled pasta in the sauce. 9.
