This is the very first video in a new series I'm calling "Piano Remix" covers. Rather than just play a piano cover, I'll be using the isolated vocals from the original studio recordings and doing a solo piano remix. For this first one, I chose Rolling In The Deep by Adele, who is one of my absolute favorite artists, and completely changed the vibe and the chord changes to turn it into a much jazzier version.
