Title: Feast of firstfruits Reading: Leviticus 23:9-14; 1 Corinthians 15:20-26 Focus: When did Jesus rise from the dead? The answer seems obvious, right? On Easter Sunday – duh! Actually, Jesus rose from the dead as a “firstfruit” on the Feast of Firstfruits. Once again, the fulfillment of the Seven Feasts is through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
