Macros Per Tender (6 Total) 179 Calories | 19g Protein | 12g Carbs | 6g Fat Ingredients (Makes 6 Tenders) Chicken & Seasoning 500-600g Raw Chicken Breast, cut into strips 1 Tsp Salt 1.5 Tsp Smoked Paprika 1.5 Tsp Oregano 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Onion Powder 3 Tsp Olive Oil Dry & Wet Stations 90g Cornflakes 1 Medium or Large Egg Chicken Garnish 30g Parmesan, grated Fresh Parsley, finely chopped Cripsy Potatoes 500g White Potatoes, cubed 1 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Paprika 1 Tsp Oregano 1 Tsp Onion Powder 2 Tsp Olive Oil Spicy Canes Sauce 50g Light Mayo 25g Sriracha Garlic Powder Smoked Paprika Squeeze of Lemon ๐จโ๐ณ Instructions Step 1 Slice chicken breasts into medium strips. Season with salt, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and olive oil. Mix to coat evenly. Step 2 Whisk 1 egg in a bowl. Crush cornflakes on a plate. Dip chicken in egg, let excess drip off, then press into crumbs to coat well. Step 3 Place chicken on a lined tray. Air fry or oven bake at 185 ยฐC / 375 ยฐF for 15-18mins, until golden and crispy.
