Rajasthan Political Crisis: There is nothing on record to show the Rajasthan Speaker "applied his mind" while serving disqualification notices to Sachin Pilot and 18 other Congress rebel MLAs, senior lawyer Mukul Rohatgi argued today in the Rajasthan High Court.
