Red Lobster Sausage Balls
Red Lobster Sausage Balls 1 pound breakfast sausage, mild or hot, room temperature 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed, softened 1 1/2 cups sharp or extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1/3 cup green onions, chopped, plus more for garnish Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 6 tablespoons butter, melted Seasoning packet from Cheddar Bay Biscuit Box Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Use a mini muffin pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cheddar bay biscuit mix (minus the seasoning mix), garlic powder and onion powder. Mix until well combined. Stir in the green onions. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, portion out the mixture and roll it into 1-1 1/2 inch balls. Place the balls in the muffin pan or prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Turn the balls halfway through the cooking process. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
