In today’s Gospel we see the wicked generation asking Jesus for a sign. But the fact is that they failed to recognize the most powerful sign-the person of Jesus,who is the full revelation of Father in heaven.Yes,we too sometimes ask for signs from God.We become spiritually blind to recognize our Savior. Today we should ask these questions to ourselves, where do I see ‘signs ’of God’s activity in my life?Are we really allowing the words of Jesus to guide our life and wills? In what area of my life do I still need conversion? Therefore, let our prayer be-Lord, give us the wisdom to see the deeper gift and to appreciate what lies hidden. May we have curiosity about you and the desire to know you and your ways more fully. Lord, give us eyes to see the signs that are present and the ability to recognize your presence in this world.
