Borderlands 3 - Princess Tarantella II Spawn Location & Hive Launcher (Legendary) drop

This is a short video that shows the location of 'Princess Tarantella II' - a rare spawn enemy in Borderlands 3 that drops the Hive Legendary Rocket Launcher. She does not spawn every time and the drop rates are pretty low. However, between Oct 8th and Oct 15th (2019) the spawns of certain rare enemies will be 100% and the drop chance for their specific legendary items will be increased.
