Fighting ADF - Government to extend amnesty to Ugandan ADF fighters

Government has announced a window for amnesty to Ugandan ADF fighters once they choose to abandon their acts of terrorism and related arrangements. This, according to Dr. Chris Baryomunsi, minister for ICT and National guidance is intended to restore peace and harmony in communities currently paying heavily due to ADF and UPDF fights. Dr. Baryomunsi was updating the nation on the recent cabinet decisions at the Uganda Media Center in Kampala.
