Wolverhampton leisure centre transformed into major darts arena

Check out this amazing timelapse video showing how City of Wolverhampton Council transformed WV Active Aldersley leisure centre into a major events arena in just 5 days for this year’s bwin Grand Slam of Darts. The amazing turnaround happened last week as council staff worked with the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) and Sky Sports TV. It culminated in a record-breaking crowd of more than 1,700 for the evening session on the opening day of the tournament on Saturday November 10.
