Peaceful Visions, by J.M. Williams Jr., Raven's Feather Studio & Froglips Productions
I filmed this video quite sometime ago in Anchorage. It was my first serious attempt at filming with my prosumer camcorder, a Canon GL2 HD, Mini-DV machine. The music is my own creation as is the footage. The footage is very crude, but focused on trying to tell a story. The gist of the story is that there is such beauty and wild peace right in the heart of Anchorage Alaska. Only a few dozen yards away is the Glenn Highway bustling with hundreds of vehicles of all kind, generating an unending roar. Yet only a few dozen yards from the highway is a wilderness scene filled with life and wildlife. I call this "Peaceful Visions," about how life is supposed to really be, not the endless crescendo of vehicle traffic on the highway so close by. The piano music is my own creation. I didn't compose it. I don't read or write music. Instead, I invent and create music. I don't "play by ear." My ears can't reach the piano keys. That just means that I can't listen to a piece of music and then play it on the piano. I invent music and make it up as I go. The music is original and it belongs solely to me. copyright© 2025 Raven's Feather Studio & Froglips Productions
