Training Worlds Collide: UFC Fighters Share Their Training Secrets with CrossFit Athletes
2X UFC Flyweight Champion Brandon Moreno and former UFC fighter Jessica-Rose Clark coach CrossFit athletes, Kyra Milligan and Greg Savage, on how to train for an MMA fight. This is the first episode in our series, Training Worlds Collide, where we discover what happens when elite athletes from entirely different training modalities train each other in sports they’re not familiar with.
