Easy Way to Harvest a Worm Tower + New Feeding & Cocoon Nursery Start | Vermicompost Worm Farm

This simple technique makes harvesting worm castings easy!! The worms will separate themselves for you when you do the agitation method I show in this video! All it takes is a few minutes of your time as you convince the worms to make there way down into the bottom trays!! In addition to showing you how I harvest, I also give the top active feeding tray it's 2nd feeding of food scraps, oats, coffee and egg shells as my compost worms turn it & cardboard shredding into natural fertilizer & soil amendments for my garden.
