Sometimes the best kind of baking is done with the simplest of ingredients and this Suji Cake is one such recipe that gives me immense joy always🥰💁🏻♂️ This eggless recipe gets you with softest cake with the most perfect crumbly texture🫶🏻 and satisfies your dessert cravings in the fastest way possible💁🏻♂️ Ingredients: ✨1 cup suji ✨3/4 cup sugar ✨1 cup all purpose flour ✨1/2 tsp baking powder ✨1/2 tsp baking soda ✨1 tsp cardamom powder ✨1 + 1/2 cup milk ✨1/2 cup ghee ✨1 tbsp rose water Method- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a loaf pan 2. Blend sooji and sugar for a few seconds in a blender. 3. Transfer this suji sugar mixture into the bowl. 4. Add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cardamom powder. 5. Now add ghee, milk and rose water and whisk together untill there are no lumps. 6.
