Time to stock up the freezer Save the recipe Bakery Style Chicken Patties that are so cheesy, creamy, crispy and bursting with flavour and a must have during Ramadan Follow me INGREDIENTS 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 2 Tbsp Flour 1 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Freshly Crushed Black Pepper 1 Cup Cream 1 Tbsp Chicken Salt 3 Clove Of Garlic Crushed 1/2 Onion Diced 1 Green Chilli Sliced 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Capsicum 1/2 Cup Chopped Red Capsicum 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 2 Cups Shredded Chicken 1 Cup Fresh Coriander Chopped 1 Packet Pampas Pastry Oil Spray For Egg Wash: 2 Eggs 1 Tsp Chicken Salt 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp Orange Food Colour Optional METHOD: 1. In a pan add butter, flour, salt, chicken salt and pepper. Mix well until fragrant and bubbling. 2. Add cream and cook on medium heat until thickened as shown. 3. Add your prepared onion, garlic, chilli, capsicum and cheese. Mix well, turn the stove off and cover for 10 minutes. 4. Add fresh coriander and allow the mixture to cool. 5. Assemble the Patties as shown and either freeze for upto 1 months or brush on the bakery special egg wash and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
