So this is the dessert that we were supposed to have with our Korean Fried Chicken Date Night, a whole week ago so I decided to make it today for Sunday Dessert! This is a simple recipe it only requires 4 ingredients and it comes out creamy and delicious! I am talking about this delicious Mango Bingsu also known as Korean Shaved Ice! You can use any fruit you like in this recipe but this Mango was so so good! Try this simple 4 ingredient recipe No Ice Cream Maker Needed! Mango Bingsu (Korean Shaved Ice) WEBSITE: Beyond Kimchee 2 Mango (sliced) 1 1/4 Cup Milk 1 1/4 Cup Water 1 (14 oz) Can Condensed Milk Cut the fruit from one mango and place it in blender add milk, water and condensed milk and blend well. Once blended place mixture into ice cube trays and freeze. Once frozen place in blender and blend until smooth, I placed mine back in the freezer to set a bit more so that I could scoop it.
