Teflon Flash Powder - Flash Powder Made With Plastic!

Saw something similar to this on youtube and I thought it was very interesting, so I tried it for myself. Just some regular old teflon tape, stretched out to achieve more surface area and fine Magnalium powder rubbed onto it. The fluorine in Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, aka Teflon), can act as an oxidizer apparently, although I don't know too much about the chemistry behind it. As far as practicality goes, I'm not really sure how practical this is, although it'd be fun to mess around with!
