Possession of Flat | Process & Checklist Before taking Possession of your New Flat

In this video, I have shared the process of taking possession of new flat along with the things to check in your flat before taking the possession of your new flat. Taking possession of a new flat may sound very simple but involves quite a few steps from checking few important documents such as offer of possession, occupancy certificate, completion certificate, payment ledger, car parking allotment letter and possession letter. It also involves inspecting the flat thoroughly and knowing what to check during flat possession including electrical fittings, tiles, doors, windows, balconies, bathroom & bath fittings, kitchen and car parking. Once need to ensure that all the fittings are functioning properly and are as per the specification committed by builder in the builder buyer agreement.
