[NO.249] 누가복음 1:67-75 / 하나님을 찬양하는 사가랴

67 그 부친 사가랴가 성령의 충만함을 받아 예언하여 이르되 68 찬송하리로다 주 이스라엘의 하나님이여 그 백성을 돌보사 속량하시며 69 우리를 위하여 구원의 뿔을 그 종 다윗의 집에 일으키셨으니 70 이것은 주께서 예로부터 거룩한 선지자의 입으로 말씀하신 바와 같이 71 우리 원수에게서와 우리를 미워하는 모든 자의 손에서 구원하시는 일이라 72 우리 조상을 긍휼히 여기시며 그 거룩한 언약을 기억하셨으니 73 곧 우리 조상 아브라함에게 하신 맹세라 74 우리가 원수의 손에서 건지심을 받고 75 종신토록 주의 앞에서 성결과 의로 두려움이 없이 섬기게 하리라 하셨도다 일 년 만에 말을 할 수 있게 된다면 누구에게, 무슨 말을, 먼저 하고 싶으십니까? 하루 이틀도 아니고 일년이나 말하지 못했다면 굉장히 긴 시간입니다. 사가랴는 그동안 천사가 전해 준 하나님의 말씀이 이루어진 것을 보았습니다. 아들을 낳을 것이라는 말씀이 그대로 이루어졌고 천사가 준 이름도 부부가 한마음으로 받아드렸습니다. 모든 것이 이루어진 후 혀가 풀리고 말을 하기 시작했습니다. 하나님이 말씀하신 대로 모든 것이 이루어졌습니다. 그의 첫 마디는 “이스라엘의 하나님, 여호와께 찬양하자”(68, NIV)였습니다. 하나님은 우리의 찬양을 기뻐하시고 찬양을 통해 영광 받으십니다. 찬양은 성도가 드리는 모든 산 제사의 꽃입니다. 사가랴는 찬양을 드리며 하나님을 높여드렸고 영광을 올렸습니다. 우리를 위해 행하신 구속 사역을 찬양했습니다. 하나님은 선지자들을 통해서 구속사역을 먼저 알려 주셨고(70), 구원의 뿔을 다윗의 집에서 일으키셨습니다(69; 삼하7:26). 사가랴는 원수와 미워하는 자의 손에서 구원해 주신 하나님을 찬양했습니다(71). 또 하나님은 이스라엘의 조상들을 긍휼히 여기셨고, 아브라함과 함께 맺으신 언약을 지키셨다고 증언했습니다. 그 결과 원수의 손에서 건지심을 받았고 성결과 의로 두려움 없이 하나님을 섬기도록 하셨다고 찬양했습니다(74,75). 예레미야 선지자를 통해서 주신 새 언약에 대한 예언이 성취되었음을 선포한 말씀입니다. 이스라엘은 하나님의 신부이면서도 언약을 깨뜨려(렘31:32) 나라는 바벨론에게 망하고 백성들은 포로로 끌려갔습니다. 그러나 은혜로 이스라엘은 원수의 손에서 건지심을 받아 귀환했고 하나님께서는 그 후 새 언약 아래서 악행을 사하시고 죄를 용서하시며 다시는 기억하지 않겠다고 약속하셨습니다(렘31:34; 겔36:22-31). 사가랴는 ‘하나님과 아브라함과의 언약을 기초로 한 예언의 성취로 이스라엘은 주님 앞에서 성결과 의로 두려움 없이 하나님을 섬기게 되리라’(75)고 예언하였습니다. 사랑의 하나님은 사가랴의 입을 다시 열어주시고 성령으로 충만하게 하사 하나님을 찬양하게 하시며 소망과 위로의 말씀을 주셨습니다. 할렐루야! 사랑의 하나님! 사가랴의 입을 다시 열어주시고 주신 말씀과 약속을 성취해주셨습니다. 우리도 사가랴처럼 하나님의 사랑과 은혜를 찬양하도록 도와주소서! 예수님의 이름으로 기도드립니다. 아멘!! QT Sharing Text: Luke 1:67-75 Title: Zechariah Praises God If we could speak again after being speechless for a year, who, what, and what would we want to say first? If you haven't spoken for a year, not a day or two, that's a very long time. While passing by, Zechariah saw the words of God delivered by the angels fulfilled. The promise that Elizabeth would give birth to a son was fulfilled. As for the son's name, the couple accepted the name given by the angel with one heart. After all, this was done, his tongue loosened and he began to speak. Everything happened as God had said. His first words were “Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel” (68, NIV). God delights in our praise and is glorified through our praise. Praise is the flower of all living sacrifices offered by the saints. Zechariah praised God and glorified God. And he praised the work of redemption the Lord had done for us. God first revealed the work of redemption through the prophets (70) and raised up the horn of salvation in the house of David (69; 2 Samuel 7:26). Zechariah praised God for delivering us from our enemies and from the hand of all who hated us (71). Also, Zechariah testified that God had mercy on the ancestors of Israel and that he kept the covenant he made with Abraham. As a result, we have been delivered from the hand of our enemies, and now we praise God for being able to serve God fearlessly with holiness and righteousness (74,75). This song of Zechariah proclaims the fulfillment of the prophecy of the new covenant given through the prophet Jeremiah. Israel broke the covenant even though it was God's bride (Jeremiah 31:32). So their kingdom fell to Babylon and the people were taken captive to Babylon. But by God's grace, Israel was rescued from the enemy's hand and returned. After that, God promised to forgive their evil deeds under the new covenant, forgive their sins, and remember them no more (Jeremiah 31:34; Ezekiel 36:22-31). Zechariah prophesied that in fulfillment of this prophecy based on the covenant between God and Abraham, Israel would serve God fearlessly in holiness and righteousness before the Lord (75). God is a God of love. He opened Zechariah's mouth again and filled him with his Holy Spirit to praise God and gave him hope and words of comfort. Hallelujah! Dear God! He opened Zechariah's mouth again and showed that God is a God who keeps the words and promises that He gave to Zechariah. Help us to praise your love and grace like Zechariah!
