Trooper's Narrative: On September 14, 2025, TFC Brown conducted a traffic stop on a white 2018 Chrysler 300 (Hellcat) on Conn South near MLK in Atlanta, Georgia. TFC George stopped just ahead of the traffic stop location. As TFC Brown exited his patrol vehicle and began approaching the Chrysler, the driver suddenly fled southbound from the stop. Emergency equipment was activated, and the vehicle passed at a high rate of speed before merging onto Interstate 20 West. The pursuit exited the interstate and continued toward the JLO area, where the suspect began driving in an extremely reckless manner. During the pursuit, the suspect vehicle split between two vehicles and struck one vehicle’s driver-side mirror, causing minor damage to that vehicle and to the suspect vehicle. The driver continued westbound at a high rate of speed with disregard for public safety before turning southbound onto Lawton Street. The pursuit continued onto Cascade Road, where the suspect entered a residential neighborhood. Visual contact with the vehicle was lost at that point. The bystander vehicle that was struck was not located following the incident.
