In this AP Daily: Live Review session for AP Comparative Government, we will first give an overview of the 2021 AP Exam, addressing the format and how it is different from the 2020 AP Exam. We will also look at the five big ideas to help us make comparisons across countries and course content. We will review the task verbs that will be used in the free-response questions and the five disciplinary practices. In addition, we will practice the skill of data analysis by reviewing the difference between quantitative and qualitative data, empirical and normative data, and correlation and causation.
