We then move one finger over, and leave the rest touching the strings WITHOUT pressing them down. That's the key! You want to only press with one finger while the rest just touch the string - this will mess with your brain at first, but after some practice you'll quickly develop insane amounts of dexterity in your fingers. I've seen a lot of teachers talking about physically stretching your fingers which, according to my physiotherapist, is really bad for your hands in the long-run. Instead of potentially damaging your tendons, I discovered this exercise, which was a huge turning point for me, and while it's a little unorthodox, it provided me with huge results, so I figured it would be worthwhile to share with you! -James --- http://goodguitarist.com/faster-finge... / goodguitarist #GuitarWarmup #FastFingers #GuitarTutorial
