What we had for the Chef's Choice, or omakase, dinner at Born & Bred Busan (located in Paradise Hotel along Haeundae Beach). It was an amazing dinner with approximately 20 courses; at least 17 were made with Hanwoo beef. Newly opened on 1 June 2023, we understand that they are still experimenting with the Chef's Choice menu! Tried our best to remember key details; any mistakes are ours.
