
What I Eat on Keto 3-7-25
I find those that provide details of what they eat each day on Keto both helpful and inspiring. I have decided to share as many days of meals as possible. This video is what I ate on 3-7-25. Making Oats: • What I Eat on Keto 2-25-25 Sous Vide Chicken: • What I Eat on Keto 3-6-25 Oats Recipe with additions: 1⁄4 C unsweetened coconut flakes 3 T chia seeds 3 T plus 1 t hempseeds divided 1 T granulated monk fruit sweetener 1⁄2 t vanilla extract salt to taste 1 C whole milk (plus more to thin a bit after adding Keto Chow) 1 T oat fiber* 1 pkt Keto Chow* In a small bowl, combine the coconut, chia seeds, 3 tablespoons hempseeds, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Add the milk. Stir to combine. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Divide into two serving bowls. Sprinkle with remaining 1 teaspoon hempseeds. Top with optional toppings of your choice.
