This quick and easy vegan hummus is so tasty and is loaded with gut friendly probiotics! It uses prepared kimchi, which you can usually find in the refrigerated produce section at the grocery store. Taste your kimchi before adding it to the blender – if it’s really spicy and/or you don’t enjoy a lot of kick in your foods, leave out the sriracha. Not only is this recipe filled with exotic flavors, but it’s also loaded with good-for-your-gut nutrients: fiber AND healthy probiotics. Serve as a dip for veggie slices. Kimchi Hummus 16 oz (450 g) can chickpeas 1¼ cups (280 g) kimchi, drained ¼ cup (56 g) tahini 1 large lemon, juiced ¼ cup (60 ml) water ONLY AS NEEDED 1 Tbsp sriracha, optional Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high until it’s smooth. Taste and add a pinch of celtic sea salt if needed. Enjoy!
