Premier Brand UltiClean - Carpet/Vinyl Glue (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) Cleaning Agent (Video 1)

Premier Brand UltiClean by Yee Lim Adhesives Industries. This cleaning agent is suitable to clean off Pressure Sensitive Adhesive commonly used during installation of Carpet Tile, Vinyl Tile and Carpets. Surface has not been soaked with cleaning agent Strong in softening adhesive from surface Ease of user removing adhesive Does not contain solvent Non-flammable Light citrus smell Low to no gassing Suitable for indoor & outdoor usage Soak in time of 30 minutes for easy cleaning Quick usage instruction: 1. Pour sufficient amount of UltiClean cleaning agent to cover the adhesive residue. If carpet/carpet tile/vinyl tile is still on the floor, pour the cleaning agent on its perimeter to allow cleaning agent to seep, soak and soften the adhesive underneath. 2. Allow soaking period of between 15 - 30 minutes for thick and old glue residues. 3. Use a stainless steel scraper to remove adhesive and carpet/carpet tile/vinyl tile from floor. 4. Collect all residue into a proper disposal bag. 5. Repeat Step 1 - Step 4 until the entire area is cleaned of adhesive. 6. Conduct a final wash down with clean water and brush. Strictly do not allow cleaning agent to be in contact with any metal surface. PPE (Eye shield, Gloves, Mask) must be worn at all times when handling this material
