Join LA (el-ay) in nature as she offers some brief self-care and wellness guidance to support yourself during the holiday season. This self-care and wellness holiday guide includes four (4) strategies and a some questions for reflection. This guide is intended to help you shift any negative associations you have with the holiday season and also to guide you to be your most well and at peace self. LA (she/her) also known as ‘The Holistic Wellness Coach and Guide’, is a creative, champion of solitude, storyteller, writer, and is certified, studied, and trained as both a Mindfulness Meditation Guide and Sound Journey Practitioner. She is a licensed therapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW), and she provides individual coaching, sound therapy/healing, and public speaking services (e.g., keynote speeches).
