Nicola Sturgeon: Rishi Sunak's government will be a 'horror show'

Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon described the Conservative leadership race as a "horror show" and warned the Government would "unleash another wave of austerity" on Scotland. Speaking before the announcement that Rishi Sunak had secured the Conservative leadership, Ms Sturgeon said: "The most important thing is less the personality of who becomes Prime Minister, and the horrible reality of what the Tories are doing to Scotland and, indeed, the whole UK."
