Dr. Ellen J. Kennedy, Ph.D. is the founder and Executive Director of World Without Genocide, a nonprofit based in Minnesota. She spoke at a special congressional briefing organized by 18 civil rights groups on April 26, 2022 to discuss the Annual Report of the United States Commission for International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) that has recommended sanctions against India for religious persecution.
